Forecasting Foreign Policy with Mary Brooks
This week Grant and Zoe were joined by Mary Brooks. Mary is a resident fellow for Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats at R Street Institute. They discuss prediction markets, how useful that can be to policymakers, and why forecasting politics can be so challenging.
