After years of posting endless thirst traps on Instagram, getting in trouble for decorating his Capitol Hill office like Downton Abbey, and voting against gay rights so hard that he scored a ZERO with the Human Rights Campaign, Schock posted a coming out message on Instagram where he essentially asked for forgiveness without really apologizing.
