We will be focusing on our feet and our pelvic floor, we will balance and build grounding strength and energy throughout, don't skip Savasana at the end!
February's Sequence is already posted, Nervous System Flow (Focusing on the Vagus Nerve and Diaphragm), I will practice this class live too, so be on the lookout.
