As a beginner, you may have noticed a standard standing sequence at the beginning of class. Typically, classes have some variation of one of the most popular yoga sequences called Surya Namaskara or Sun Salutations. There are 3 set sequences, A,B,C. However, there are a bunch of fun variations to play with! They are all perfect for warming up the body, these salutes can be gentle or intense. You can do them as a full practice - as we do today or just as a warm up! Just don’t skip Savasana!
