YOGA POSE BREAKDOWN: Warrior II
Sanskrit: Virabhadrasana II
Today we discuss Warrior 2. This is only one pose in a series of Warriors! Very powerful and strength based poses. This particular one is common, it is also a bit difficult to get in good alignment but once you figure it out, you notice the benefits almost immediately. There are many variations! I’ll definitely discuss this pose again in the future with a new perspective.
