Today I discuss the idea that with change we can reinvent ourselves and create a positive transition through the next phase of life. I also discuss the beauty of yoga creating an awareness of being mindful in the present moment. Sometimes change is not welcoming but if you let go of those parts of you that no longer serve you and create a new growth within yourself, you can appreciate and even welcome change as you get to become a more healthful version of yourself.
