Final resting pose as I like to call it. We can all agree it is the most essential pose of your practice and should never be skipped. The rule of thumb is 10 minutes for every 30 minutes of practice. Remember even a short n’ sweet practice under 30 minutes should warrant rest. It reminds our body in its infinite wisdom to memorize the practice, to calm down our nervous system.
Remember the goal is to stay present. Try to calm and quiet your mind, whilst staying actively engaged.
