Connect with Chelsea: Chelsea's full bio: Chelsea Behrens started her career working behind the scenes in Hollywood, most notably as the personal assistant to the President and CEO at Marvel Studios. Seeking a more balanced lifestyle, she moved to Seattle in 2003. After working for a few years in administrative roles, Chelsea followed her love of organization into a role in accounting, where she faced her fears of math and numbers head-on and embraced a new set of skills that contributed to her growth and development. When she lost sight of her career advancement, she hired a career coach—the key she needed to shift her focus and find a fulfilling career path that aligned with her values and personal aspirations. Today, Chelsea works at the Software as a Service (SAAS) company, Concur, as a Solutions Consultant. Chelsea also has a Facebook Page called Rise to the Occasion, where she connects the community by hosting personal development events for individual growth and learning.
