“In a bad place”
The focus is for the athlete. A young man between 25-35 that is a mix martial artist. Is extreme (purposeful) in his eating habits, dieting, exercise, training. Is poor. May not have a “good job”. Is banking on a career as a fighter to get out of his situation. Relationships are all gym based. Probably smokes weed. Is feeling depressed and fears failing.
