We're galloping toward the year's end. There's standardized testing to get through...HOURS of it, in fact. Field trips, assemblies, learning celebrations, and don't forget about your evaluation, report cards, common assessments, and closing up your classroom. When we think about our school life in the months of April, May and June, it's hard not to hyperventilate. BECAUSE WE STILL HAVE TO TEACH, and let's face it-our students are checked out! Interdisciplinary projects can save your sanity. They really can! They'll keep the learning going, engage your kids, and help you get in all those standards you still have to teach. TURN UP YOUR VOLUME and get ready to rock your end of the year teaching!
