Melissa believes that in order to create healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable you must do this one step at a time. Melissa teaches behavior change techniques that can be personalized to fit any lifestyle. She has learned most of this from
personal experience having overcome anxiety and depression herself. She teaches through an online program, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching. She also works with corporations to guide them in creating a corporate wellness program within their organization where team members can thrive and be the healthiest version of themselves.
