17. EVS in kort bestek
Afgelopen april gaf Prof. dr. Tom Berkhout een gastcollege over de nieuwe Europese vastgoed-taxatiestandaarden: EVS 2020. De rapportagestandaard is ingrijpend veranderd. Er is nu sprake van een globale richtlijn voor taxatierapporten, maar dat betekent nog geen volledige vrijheid voor de taxateur. In deze podcast bespreekt hij de belangrijkste wijzigingen en worden er tips en voorbeelden gegeven voor de dagelijkse praktijk. Kortom: verplichte kost voor de Register-Taxateur. Aan het eind van deze podcast worden er kijkersvragen beantwoord door andere tafelgasten. Dit is geen reguliere podcast, maar de audio-opname van een gastcollege dat eerder heeft plaatsgevonden.
