It’s June 2010, a surgeon is convicted of three counts of manslaughter and one case of grievous bodily harm, then sentenced to seven years' imprisonment. In August 2012, all convictions were quashed. A retrial on one count of manslaughter results in his acquittal and all charges other than a fraud charge is dropped.
