A big family in a tiny campervan who swapped the luxuries of all-inclusive holidays for the simplicities of Van life, spending quality time as a family and discovering how van life allows them to live more with less. In our conversation, Amy opens up about her mental health struggles and how their rolling home has become "therapy on wheels" for the whole family.
