We have all experienced some type of trauma in our lives. When the trauma impacts our future thoughts words and action we begin to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. This condition can be debilitating and can cause a host of different symptoms such as low self esteem, depression, and anxiety. Trauma Stories is a podcast designed to provide a platform for discussion and sharing. Listeners are encouraged to send in their trauma stories to the host to read on the show and explain what their experience was and is with PTSD and how they are now healing from the condition.
