In this episode Nigel talks to Maggy Pigott, who has written a book called 'How to age joyfully!' with a forward by Dame Judi Dench. In the book sets out her eight steps to a happier, fuller life. It's full of useful tips and amusing or very pertinent quotes. If you don't feel more positive after following her advice - well, you will, so there's no alternative outcome! Maggy also reveals how her love of dance has brought her to better health. As for me - well, I've had my first cappuccino for 3 months, so things are looking up!
