My guest today, Henry Washington, a buy and hold investor from Arkansas, who's built an incredible portfolio, which has recently allowed him to quit his W2 to pursue full-time REI. Henry speaks on how his mindset changed as he and his wife prepared to start a family, and how he secured his first deal by doing something anyone can do—simply announcing to the world that he buys houses.  From working for Walmart full-time to purchasing his first rental property-- Henry proves how do-able it is to pursue your dreams and take "control of your destiny."
