Threefold's First Apartment Building Fire with Lee and Kevin #111
On February 7, our 47-unit apartment building located in Kettering, Ohio experienced a significant fire, which affected 12 units and 12 families. Thankfully, no residents were injured, but the property took on a beating! Over the last 6 months, our team has worked tirelessly to get the building functioning well again and back in tip-top shape. This journey has not been easy, and we have learned multiple lessons along the way. Join my partner, Kevin Waymire, and I as we tell the story of February 7th, discuss the lessons learned, and finally, reveal the top three things to keep in mind when overcoming any massive hit to one of your properties.
