Thinking Out Loud

As the title suggests this is about one of the most important people to come into my life in a very long time my amazing friend who is family at this point for me and Veronica Surprising S. It is also about her two kids who are also family to us at this point. And it is about how the stability and connections this family has brought me has allowed me to improve my mental health and the quality of my life beyond anything I'd actually thought was possible and given me renewed hope for what the future may hold.

So in what I hope is not too rambling a manner this is about how someone surprised me in the best way possible and why sometimes even if you can't believe it doing what you're supposed to what you know you're really supposed to to take care of yourself is the right thing to do and will at some point work out.

So like the tile suggests this is about my first and so far absolutely best friend Michael and how he helps me and my schizophrenia as well as just help me be a better person.

A review of Arctic Fox's bleach product (bleach, please) and hair dye (named Wrath) that was used. Listeners get to listen to the whole process of bleaching and dyeing the hair from step one to the end with commentary along the way. This was the first time my fiance ever helped a person dye their hair and my first time in many years using bleach and dye in my hair that I did personally.

I use this episode to discuss my personal relationship with my hair. My hair has always been a very important part of me. I bring up my hair before, during, and after chemotherapy.

Just what this sounds like It's about feeling like you're in the eye of a storm during some of these episodes with schizophrenia and what I imagine a lot of people with psychiatric disorders can relate to. I just wanted to show one more face of what the skin look like.

Like the title suggests this is sort of a PSA on donating blood kinda. Nothing too preachy and nothing to detailed just trying to bring a little attention since I gave blood recently and Veronica gives me a hand here so we hope you enjoy and consider giving blood to those in need.

Kind of like the title suggest this is me trying to figure out and explain about why I am feeling better and all the details about why I'm not sure that's the case and just to show you how this makes me sound and feel. I hope this helps someone. Thanks again for listening.
