Happy Thursday! The week is almost over and the weekend just around the corner, with a few days for most of us, to have some peace and quiet time. Time to rest from the work week, office politics and chatter. We went on a weekend getaway last weekend as you know. While out, shopping and recording I (T. Anthony) kept seeing YouTube alerts about "World Mental health day". I thought, how fitting, because that's exactly the reason for leaving the city. We needed a place that was quiet, quiet enough to think. With homeschooling, job searching , researching for a new place to live and add to that the upcoming holidays. It's a recipe for mental and physical exhaustion and or depression. I have been there.. I've spent time becoming unglued as I call it. A whole year of my life put on hold, gone, to due severe panic attacks. It was not pretty and these days I work hard not to let that happen again. Today, I get into a bit of that time and some of what I do now to stay healthy. Get comfortable and let's chat a bit.
