One weekend done and one big one to go for the Central Texas Festival. We recap the high- and low-lights of weekend one, and speak with Tom Davis, coach of the Gold Coast Water Polo club from Ventura, CA, the only teams from outside Texas that are taking part. The former UC Irvine All-American talks about what his club is doing, how he got back in to coaching, and some words about the famous UCI Coach Ted Newland.
Also, some anticipation about November's Texas Challenge Cup hosted by Thunder, and a small update on the schedule for ODP.
And, in case you're coming to the tournament this weekend, bring and wear your mask, and have a signed copy of the secondary waiver with you to enter. (One of my parents asked me to share that.)
