Tea is truly an art. There are literally thousands of teas from around the world, and each culture has a unique method of preparing, serving, and drinking tea. Don’t worry, there will not be a test at the end of all this.
In 2008, Anthony Capobianco founded Zen Tea Traders. Anthony has taken several courses on tea and continues to expand his knowledge. He has traveled to many Tea Houses all over the world and in 2013 he visited Tea Farms all over Kagoshima, Japan.
We discuss the health and fitness benefits of drinking tea before, during and after your workouts. Anthony brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this podcast.
