Anthony Carey is one of the most recognized names in the Fitness Industry, he's a humble person, and someone I am grateful to call a friend.
Anthony holds a Master’s degree in biomechanics and athletic training and is recognized internationally as a leading expert on biomechanics, corrective exercise, functional anatomy, motor control, and their relationships to musculoskeletal pain and function. Founded in 1994, his company Function First has drawn clientele from 17 countries and 33 states. He invented the acclaimed Core-Tex® and is Personal Fitness Professional Magazine’s 2009 Personal Trainer of the Year and 2017 Finalist for IDEA’s Personal Trainer of the Year. Anthony has developed the Pain-Free Movement Specialist now available internationally.
