In my longest and most important interview to date I talked with Harry (Harold) and Joe of ACT Training INC & MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS Group to talk about the impact Spiritual psychology and Spiritual awakenings have had on mental health and addiction sufferers. Their work has three key themes:

(a) the amazing healing its members from acute depression, acute anxiety, extreme addiction, and self harm.

(b) the misunderstanding of mental health by the psychological community.

(c) the healing power of the 3 Principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness, as uncovered by Sydney Banks.

The astonishing success rate of members who have discovered freedom, new lives and an awakening to the spiritual reality of their existence by tuning inwards cannot be understated. Joe himself is testimony to that originally being diagnosed with OCD & Asperger’s Syndrome until he began sharing with Harry who learnt directly from Sydney Banks. These are people who, being written off by society, with nothing to lose, have given themselves over to the message of Harry and Joe and allowed themselves to heal from said conditions and addictions.

Their group have shared talks for over 25 podcasts and webinars and various mental health organizations, charities, groups, and NHS Therapists and are re-defining the approach to mental health. Now head coach Harry and Communications Manager Joe are looking to expand this message and teachings to a wider audience to bring a message of hope "that it is possible to heal and experience freedom to mental health and from physical diagnosis, addiction, and severe mental distress by turning to the inner health that resides in every human being, no matter how severe their diagnosis and past experiences are." - Joe Fletcher.
