Rise Up Women podcast is all about empowerment, encouragement, hope, inspiration, and betterment of ourselves. There are so many women who are going through or have gone through trauma like domestic violence, betrayal, and divorce. These painful experiences cause a feeling of unworthiness, insecurities, low self-esteem, self-doubt, and even hopelessness. On top of feeling that way, we totally feel alone. Hearing stories of other women who have gone through similar experiences can encourage and inspire us to take the necessary steps to get out of toxic situations and aim to not just survive but
