I call it the "GCode."
"If you can't be grateful for what you have now, you won't get what's next."
The GCode is:
Gratitude- You need to be grateful for 5 things or people every single day. Write them down every single day.
Genetics- You should be working out at least 3 times a week for at least one hour at a time. Eat healthy. You don't know healthy people whose diet consists of fried everything.
Grind- While you're working, you should be busting your ass to maximum effect. Producing more with focus, clarity, and to the effect to affect calculated results.
Group- Focus on your family, your employees, your relationship with your friends, clients, and business partners.
