I look and see angry people in Facebook and Instagram.
When you have a great day and things go well, you don't need anyone to talk to. B
But when shit hits the fan, you need someone to vent to, console you, and simply listen.
The challenge for people, they're not interested in solving the problem or problems that are making them mad.
When we're mad, it's a knee -jerk reaction.
When you're angry or miserable, you're not solving problems.
So many people are presenting issues and getting others to be angry with them.
The worst thing you can do in a confrontation is get mad.
You make bad decisions.
You gotta keep a cool head.
Come up with presentable solutions to solve problems.
Anger is a symptom of fear.
And people who are usually angry, they're usually a coward.
I used to be that person because I was afraid of losing everything.
But when I got control over my fear, I was able to condition myself to use my focus to come up with a plan of attack.
Being angry doesn't serve you or anyone else in the situation, and it definitely doesn't solve the problem.
