He is the son of a Holocaust survivor and a self-made man, and as a young man he quickly learned the value of hard work.
In 1976, he joined his family's spice business, right out of school, and less than 20 years later, he became the company's COO, pushing him to learn more about working ON the business and good business leadership.
In order to do that, he read a lot and attended multiple trainings and seminars, over time going on to become a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Certified Myers-Briggs Types Evaluator, Certified 7 Habits Facilitator, and even being trained by Roy Cammarano in his methods.
Passionate about helping others, he had the opportunity to exit his family business and immediately started numerous projects, all designed to assist people in their success.
Since then, he's given multiple seminars, worked with many companies in training their managers and leaders, consulted for organizations large and small, and wrote his recently published book The Prosperous Leader.
