In the past when I felt down sometimes I used to leave it, try to ignore it. Did that work? Mostly no. What about you?
Lately, I have been feeling down but when I've been down I decided to deal with it, there and then.
I want to share how I have learned to change that down feeling and stopped that down feeling from growing worse. And what I've learned has only reinforced what we do here.
If you will come with me and stop and check in. When I did I found out things that were just below the surface and really made me think this needs dealing with - now.
But what do we do to deal with this? Well........ I'll share with you what I did, the processes that made a difference because that's at the heart of this, our, podcast - sharing ways to change how you feel, believe, and behave.
You will notice that I said processes because you are unique, yup a little hippy happy talk, but true nevertheless and personal development is not a one size that fits all.
