I had an opportunity to chat with a digital nomad that is in the e-commerce space making 6 figures, and we didn’t chat about that but more about his upcoming project the new sweet ass journal to develop your happiness muscle in 100 days.

We spoke about ways on how to more happier with your life by repetition for 100 days but not consecutive days, as long as it’s 100 days.

Heath spoke about his life before leading an independent lifestyle, his rock bottom moment, and his journey leading up to where he is today.

The relationship with money was a big one with Heath, he was explaining how he was in debt $20,000 and after chatting with many entrepreneurs on his old podcast The Artsy Now Show, learning habits and strategies to get out of debt and ended up saving $15,000!
