What makes Dave’s method of investing unique, is that he has been self-managing his rental properties in three different states. That’s right, he manages his own properties from across the country, and has NEVER had more than a 14-day vacancy period!

That is incredible to me, and I know you will love to hear about it. Dave and I have known each other for over a year now, and he is one of my favorite people to talk real estate with in the San Diego area!

Advice to an 18-20-year old: Take action! Give your apprehension a name and then conquer it! Play good defense.
