Ransford is a multi- sector visionary, eclectic, dynamic leader, an author, entrepreneur, certified executive/ Leadership coach and a relentless community advocate for Justice.
He is also the Pastor of the Destiny Gospel Centre in Markham Ontario, Canada.
He is a multi-sector leader, whose leadership experiences spanned over thirty years in profit and non- profit sectors , he served as a corporate executive in corporate Canada for many years, he served on many boards, national and international, including the Global Jamaica, diaspora council.
He has a College Diploma in Accounting and management, a Bachelors degree in Theology a Masters degree in Counselling and a honorary doctorate degree in divinity.
He has received serval prestigious awards, including the 2009 Weins Canada (Toyota&Lexus) International award, for excellence in Management, in Yokohama Japan
In 2021 he was awarded the prestigious BBPA Harry Jerome award for decade leadership
He is Married to his lovely wife of 24 years and they have two wonderful children.
