EP63| What A Time To Be A Woman with Ammie & Ifunenya
A series of events has happened in Nigeria in the past few weeks that have been triggering for women in Nigeria. From rape to molestation and now the death of a young girl InI Umoren who was lured to her death on the 29th of April. Her killer sexually assaulted, raped, and killed her then buried her in a shallow grave.
In this episode, I sit with two of my friends, Ammie & Ifunenya to vent and express our pain, fears, and regrets on the issue of insecurity in Nigeria especially for women.
We also share some of the microaggression we have faced as women in our individual lives and the changes we want to see happen to make us feel safe in our society.
