It bugs me to no end when I am looking for something, and the person selling the item lose the sale with me because they are in to big of a hurry to make a sale. A saleperson should make you feel valued, and appreciated before receiving your money. It is all a matter of Human Behavior, we naturally get turned off by pushy people in life, and business.
Are you communicating your needs to the company you are in business with? Are you able to articulate what you are shopping for? These are key points in making sure your experience is an excellent one. The whole point behind these series of broadcast is to ensure consumers are armed with information, information, information. The more information you have before your shopping experience the better your outcome will be after the purchase.
