Jessica Holzbach is a female entrepreneur from Berlin, Germany mentioned by Forbes 30 under 30 and Capital 40 under 40. She is the Co-Founder and CCO at Penta, a digital platform for business banking especially for start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises.
In our conversation we talk about her story, how they started Penta over 4 years ago and also about a start-up she founded before that which failed. Having the urge to do it better the second time she kept on going even after this failure and learned some important lessons for example in hiring.
