My guest today is Melikshah Ünver who is the founder and CEO of Taledo, connecting talented digital professionals with market leading companies utilized to grow their teams efficiently.
Melikshah is well known in the Berlin start-up scene and comes originally from southern Germany where he studied business administration.
Back in the day he started with selling fountain pens on Ebay.
After helping other companies to grow, he wanted to found a company himself with a group of people including his two younger brothers.
During this episode we talk about his story and the difficulties he and his team are facing.
