As founder of the Brainfulness Institute, he focuses on three topics: Vitality, Leadership, and Significance. Hans helps you to move from Happiness via Purpose & Meaning to the ultimate level of Significance. He is a serial entrepreneur since 1995. His current roles are Speaker, Author, and Mentor. On his business card, he calls himself 'Brainfulness Evangelist.’ Hans's professional purpose in life is: Empowering Brilliant Brains to Bloom. His top 5 values are Freedom, Learning, Enthusiasm, Integrity, and Creativity. Hans is an expert in Values, Purpose & Meaning, Significance, Decision-making, Leadership, and Vitality.  He teaches these topics with the workings of the brain in mind. To him, they all come together in one word: Brainfulness. He is the father of three and grandfather of six grandchildren. His hobbies are kickboxing, cycling and basketball. Hans studies the brain and performance-related topics for 2 to 3 hours a day in his so-called 'oval office'.
