The Dear Society Podcast breaks stigmas and opens up a conversation about mental health and well being. Doing so by allowing students from Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, to send in stories, questions, problems, topics — whatever they feel comfortable with. It is accessible for students because it is about students and poses topics that they can relate to. Don't feel intimated by having an expert on the podcast, I.e counselor because they can provide a scientific perspective on why do you feel a certain way.
