Mitchie Brusco’s life has revolved around skating since he first stepped on a skateboard at age 3. His tribe of mentors includes extreme athlete legends ranging from Tony Hawk and Bob Burnquist to Travis Pastrana and Matt Hoffman. He became a professional skater at the age of 13, and has been in the limelight of the skateboarding world ever since.
Mitchie’s earned 11 X-Games medals, broken records and many bones. In 2019 he became the first person alive to land a 1260 (three and a half spins in the air), forever solidifying his name in skateboarding’s history.
As he continues to push the limits of what is possible on a skateboard, he’s seeking who Mitchie is beyond his sport and countless accolades.
His podcast Brusco Talks Shop focuses on mental health, as he’s struggled with the weight of being a superstar his entire life. He’s devoted himself to understanding his inner world, which for so many of us is full of anxiety, worry and fear.
Mitchie is an unbelievably inspiring dude, using his platform to speak on issues such as personal development, depression, and identity.
