In the second episode of Season 2 of our new podcast, Unrivalled, Unconventional, Unrestricted; marketing officer, David McLeod, sits down with Collections Officer, Amy Fairley at Culture Perth & Kinross. In this episode, they discuss the newest exhibition at Perth Museum & Art Gallery, Fergusson.
This exhibition is the largest dedicated exhibition of works by JD Fergusson to date and It will also include works by his contemporaries Andre Derain, SJ Peploe and Henri Matisse.
Spanning Fergusson’s long and productive career, this exhibition features more than forty of his works. These include paintings, drawings, and watercolours from the archival collection of artwork and personal material belonging to JD Fergusson.
