As we continue in our leadership journey there are many things, we can use to our advantage in the quest to be the best leaders we can be. I have found that becoming an observer of your thoughts is a powerful way to enhance conversations and to find the right course of action.
In today’s episode, I share one of my leadership lessons on how to become an observer of your thoughts. I talk about how to step back to look and thing about the situations you are in before acting. I share how powerful it can be to put yourself in the shoes of others, to be conscious of your language, your mindset and what you say to others. I share that if we allow ourselves this time to think it can really enhance our conversations and our actions.
