#132 Florence Wilcock - A Clinicians Perspective of Management
Today on the podcast I have the pleasure of speaking to Florence Wilcock who works within the NHS as a Consultant Obstetrician at Kingston Hospital, she is also the chair of the London maternity voices working group and hosts the Obs Pod Podcast. I was listening to one of Florences’ episodes called “The Dark Side” which was around the dark side of Management and I wanted to have her as a guest to discuss the difficulties that we all can face. This will be a great episode for those Clinical Directors and Managers supporting Clinical Directors to understand how you can improve your working relationship and performance.
