Working with clients this week I realised they were using the word ‘hope’ a lot. In this podcast episode I share how we can take action instead of ‘hoping’. I share how it’s important to make concrete plans, put actions in place, make sure communications are in place in order to mitigate the things we don’t want to happen.
This week I also talk about the importance of language, especially when we talk about ourselves. Being positive and using positive language without putting ourselves down saying ‘I am just…’ will help us all go far – me included.
