Olga is the CEO of Smart Valor, a Swiss-based blockchain company building a decentralized marketplace for tokenized alternative investments. Olga has worked for leading financial institutions such as Barclays Capital, UBS Wealth Management and Boston Consulting Group, and she has been Commercial Managing Partner at Xapo, one of the largest Bitcoin custodians.
