TISHA RICHMOND is a Technology Integration Specialist serving 19 schools in Medford, Oregon. She’s also a speaker and author of Make Learning Magical: Transform Your Teaching and Create Unforgettable Experiences in Your Classroom. 

In our conversation, Tisha recalls her professional tipping point: just as doubt and discouragement prompted her to think of leaving the profession, she encountered a host of innovative tools and practices that rejuvenated her passion for education.
