Me and my co-host, Taz choose new movies each week and rate the movies based on a couple of categories that we feel make up a good movie. At the end our individual ratings for each category we average it all out to give us a final rating so that it can land itself on the "Cellar Scale" as either a "Well", "Premium", or "Top-Shelf" Film.
