Een jaar geleden zat Charlotte Bouwman met een bord voor het ministerie. ‘Ik sta al 804 dagen op een wachtrij’, vanaf nu wacht ik hier! Met haar actie zette ze het probleem van de lange wachtrijen met succes op de kaart. Inmiddels is haar behandeling begonnen; een heel zwaar traject, omdat Charlotte, waarschijnlijk kampt met een dissociatieve identiteitsstoornis.
