Join me in a spiritual conversation with Barbara Mutedzi, a Conscious Leadership Coach from Zimbabwe. She is trained in Neuroscience-based coaching, with a background in Medical Anthropology, socio-cultural anthropology, health and community psychology. Her approach synthesizes Eastern, Western and African models of transformation with a focus on Mindset and High performance. She incorporates shadow work and inner child awareness in her coaching practice with business leaders. 

In this interview we discuss how doing our own spiritual work (what that is and how to do it) can not only help us live out our purpose in life with joy and fulfillment, but also help us spark transformation and change in the spaces we serve and the world around us.
