Pop is an advocate against addiction, diabetes, and hatred. POP Buchanan took his passion for sobriety, health, and recovery and started the Sober is Dope Podcast, and Sober is Dope Transformation School. POP also created a free E-Book dedicated to personal transformation. This is POP’s way of saying thank you to everyone in the Recovery, Music, and Mental Health community. POP has helped 1000’s people find recovery and has been a leading force in the Addiction and Recovery movement. Pop's favorite motto is, "It's never too late to be amazing."
