When we find ourselves in difficult situations, recovering from them might take some time. Bouncing back sounds like it should be easy enough to do, right? Just snap out of it. The reality is that we can’t. It’s more complex than that. In today's episode I talk about why we struggle to bounce back and how our emotions and the vibrational states we face on a day-to-day basis affect us.
